Site Assessment

The purpose of a site assessment is to give you an indication of potential safety problems that may interfere with a successful introduction of B-Safe®. There are two complementary alternative routes for assessment

  1. Focus Group Workshops - Your people discover issues and plan the way forward
  2. Safety Surveys - Discover your workforce perceptions about safety per se

Focus Group Workshops

Laying a solid foundation for change and highly motivating, our one-day 'Cultural Change Planning' workshops provide a structured interactive method for discovering your current safety culture. To help your people design the appropriate way forward, your staff examine your organizations values, beliefs and assumptions about safety, your safety routines and safety structures to discover ‘What is’ and ‘What could be’. Because the subsequent action plans developed from a 'gap analysis' are owned by your people, the likelihood of successful change is that much greater.

N.B. Restricted to 25 - 30 people at a time

Pulling everything together, we provide your company with a written report to facilitate the execution of your safety culture change plans. In particular we tie the 'behavioral issues identified to B-Safe® implementation.

Safety Surveys

Obtain the views of your workforce and unlock critical business information to help improve your overall safety culture. The easiest way to guage the overall perceptions and morale of your employees is to ask them. Our online Safey Climate Survey provides you with the ability to survey your whole workforce, quickly and easily. We tie the 'behavioral issues identified to B-Safe® implementation.

N.B. No restrictions on the number of people surveyed
