To ensure maximum client value from our dedicated consulting service, we fully customize our solutions within a flexible integrated behavior-based safety framework to suit each client's specific needs.

For those wishing to maximize the probability of success we provide dedicated onsite consultancy support. We become part of your implementation team and provide all necessary guidance for a pre-agreed period of time. Typically:

Our first action is to help the client plan their change strategy. This covers the:

  1. Tell & Sell - Briefing all concerned about the process
  2. Scope of the process - Deciding who and what will be involved
  3. Implementation of the change strategy - Customizing the process to suit the client needs
Our second action is to train the project team(s) in all aspects of the B-Safe® process. This usually takes 5 days and covers:
  1. Building your process for success.
  2. Developing behavioural measurement tools
  3. Training people in behavioral principles
  4. Maintaining your process for long-term success
  5. Analyzing data to develop continuous improvement strategies
Our third action is to work with your project team(s) to
  1. Identify specific problems - which behaviors, systems, etc., are involved in the majority of incidents
  2. Align management support - develop agreed upon safety leadership checklists
  3. Train observers - Teach people how to observe and intervene constructively when seeing unsafe behaviour
  4. Set improvement targets - Facilitate workgroups setting their own improvement targets
  5. Provide feedback - Analyzing observation results to provide written reports
Our fourth action is to provide regular process reviews to optimize the process.
  1. Quarterly Reviews - Conducted for the first 2 years to ensure process is functioning effectively
  2. Annual Sustainability Reviews - Conducted after the first 2 years, to help with continuous improvement
