Reviewing Current Processes
The research on 'best practices' for Behavior-Based Safety processes continues. Many companies implemented a few years ago or more and may not be taking full advantage of the opportunities presented by the new findings.
The purpose of a review of your existing process, whether ours, other vendors, or 'home grown' is to give you an opportunity to revitalize, refine, and/or expand your process to provide you with the maximum benefits.
We examine the current practices associated with your process and how well the process is integrated into your 'mainstream' safety management system.
The review process is straightforward and comprises of:
- A formal review leading to specific recommendations for action
- Developing a "Balanced Scorecard" to facilitate 'internal' assessments.
