Plant Turnarounds

The flexibility of the B-Safe^® process lends itself to short-run implementations on large-scale maintenance "turnarounds" or "shutdowns". Highly experienced, we have an extensive track record of delivering improvements in OSHA incident rates on petrochemical and Oil & Gas facilities at this time of high risk.

Conducted on drilling platforms, LNG Operations, Ethylene crackers and petrochemical demolition activities, some of these have been for as little as 8 days duration while others have extended between 4 - 6 weeks. On average, we help to reduce the TRIR incident rate by 80 percent compared to previous turnarounds in these facilities.

For 'Turnarounds' we supply:

1. A formal plan containing specific actions for all parties concerned, well in advance of the turnaround(s).
2. Checklists of construction related behaviors
3. On-site consultancy support, prior to and, throughout the duration of the 'turnaround'
4. A written 'post-turnaround' report.
